A recent brush issue has affected some of our gel bottles, and we want to make it right.
Some brushes became slightly bent due to a tolerance update made in 2022. This may have left you with a brush that’s misshapen or tricky to use.
We’d already been developing a new and improved brush based on your feedback, featuring smoother bristles and a slightly rounder shape for better control and application. We’ve now fast-tracked the update, and the new version is already in production.
Going forward, any faulty brushes will be automatically replaced with the improved version. You may still receive some of the original style brushes while we transition stock, but these will only be brushes with no faults that have been quality checked.
We’ve now resolved the issue and all new bottles are fitted with our improved brush. These updated brushes are made from high-quality DuPont nylon, offering:
If you’ve received a bottle with a misshapen brush, you can order a FREE replacement. UK shipping is also free when ordered on its own.
PLEASE NOTE: If you add other products to your basket, our standard shipping charges will apply. Brush replacements are limited to 40 per customer. Orders exceeding this limit will be adjusted at checkout. This policy helps us ensure fair access for all customers.
