"I’ve tried many elbow rests as I have a RSI in my left elbow. The others have been memory foam and although helped a little I would still ache and get shooting pains. This pad is made from gel and moulds to your elbow whilst giving full gentle support to your elbow. Highly recommend this over a foam one as it’s made a world of difference as it has helped reduce the pain considerably."
