How do I manage my subscription?

All subscriptions can be managed within your HONA account. Log in to your HONA account and find 'Subscriptions'.

Here you can:

  • Edit your address or payment methods,
  • Amend future deliveries
  • Swap shades or products
  • Add subscription products.

 

Once you have had three or more deliveries of a subscription, you can also cancel directly from your account.

Can I cancel my subscription?

HONA subscriptions have a minimum 3-month commitment. Once this period has passed, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your HONA account. Simply log into your account, head to your subscription settings, and follow the cancellation steps there.

Can I have multiple subscriptions?

Yes, you can have multiple subscriptions. If you would like to combine your subscription orders so they arrive together, simply go to future orders in your account and schedule each product for the same date, and we will combine the products into one order.
