ABOUT SARAH

Hi, my name is Sarah and I am the owner of SLA Beauty Nail Studio & Training Academy.I am a nail technician and educator based 10 minutes outside of Liverpool City Centre in a private studio environment.

I have been a part of the nail industry for 7 years. I started in 2016 and have kept training every year since to keep my skills refreshed.

I have spent the last 3 years of my career focusing on education. I have had the privilege of teaching 40 students and have watched them grow into talented nail technicians.

Teaching is my passion & I take all my knowledge and pass it onto my students to ensure our industry gets the nail technician it deserves.

ABOUT THE TRAINING VENUE

All of my training courses are held at my private studio which is based inside a converted warehouse just outside of Liverpool City Centre.

The warehouse is situated on an industrial estate just set back from the dock area in Liverpool. We are just a 5 minute walk from the nearest train station (Bank Hall or Kirkdale) and also offer free onsite parking.

The training academy is just a 10 minute drive away from Liverpool City centre which has plenty of hotels & amenities for those travelling to the area.

It is important to me that my students feel supported not only throughout their training but afterwards too. Ongoing support is a huge part of the training that I provide and I will always make sure that my students feel confident & happy.

I offer 1-1 training & also small class training. My classes are super small with a maximum number of 4 students. This means that I get to spend some 1-1 time with each student even in a group setting.

You will not need to bring a model and your own HONA approved lamp will be provided for your training.

I went on the gel beginners course last September and it was the best thing i ever did! I also added the option of the starter kit which was so good for the price. This has all the basics in for you to get started if you don't know where to start when buying products! Sarah was so nice and welcoming as soon as you stepped through the door, the course is nice and relaxed but also super informative. On the day there was only 2 of us, so Sarah was constantly coming to both of us to double check how we were doing so you didn't feel like you were waiting for her to get around a large group. She was so helpful and always hyping you up if you were lacking the confidence whilst working! After the course she stays in touch and is always there if you need to message for any advice/support, she is absolutely amazing and so lovely.
